Practice Spanish with native speakers
Reading and apps only get you so far. On AmbosLive you talk with a native Spanish speaker at your level on a live video call, and help them with your language in return.

Most learners can read far more Spanish than they can say. The gap closes only by speaking: hearing real accents, getting stuck, and finding the words anyway. Spanish is spoken very differently in Mexico City, Madrid, Bogotá and Buenos Aires, and talking with different people is the quickest way to get used to that variety.
How a Spanish practice call works
- You're matched by level. Beginners meet patient partners; advanced learners get natural, fast conversation.
- The call swaps languages. A timer tells you when to switch, so half the time you speak Spanish and half the time you help your partner with your language.
- Topic cards keep it going. No awkward silences: tap for a question about food, travel, work or weekends.
- Text chat for spelling. Type a word you didn't catch; your partner can type it back.

Tips to get more from each call
Pick one or two topics before you start, keep a notebook for new words, and ask your partner to correct only the mistakes that matter most. Ten minutes a day of real conversation does more than an hour of drills once a week.
